The unemployment rate for people with autism is more than twice that of people without disabilities. We had the pleasure of working with a father whose son faced these odds—but he had a solution: the first workspace designed from the ground up for employees with autism.
What started as a naming project became a full corporate identity that felt anything but corporate. Bespoke content, packaging, collateral, and even furniture—all designed with one thing in mind: the “we” is bigger than the me.
